Battery & Charging
What type of battery does the rangefinder use?
Different models use different power supplies, including AAA batteries, CR2 batteries, or built-in rechargeable batteries. Please check the product specifications for your specific model.
Why is my rangefinder not charging?
Please use the original charging cable included with the product and a standard USB charger. Avoid using fast chargers or Apple chargers, as they may not be compatible with the device.
How do I know when the rangefinder is fully charged?
For rechargeable models, the indicator light will change to the full-charge status when charging is complete. Please refer to your specific model's manual for detailed charging indicators.
Troubleshooting
The rangefinder will not turn on. What should I do?
Please try the following:
- Replace the battery with a new one.
- Check that the battery is installed with the correct positive (+) and negative (-) direction.
- Make sure the battery compartment is properly closed and any protective plastic film has been removed.
The view is blurry. How can I adjust it?
Rotate the eyepiece to adjust the focus until the image becomes clear and sharp.
The distance measurement seems inaccurate. What should I check?
Please check:
- Whether the battery has enough power.
- Whether the unit setting is correct (Yards or Meters).
- Whether the target is within the effective measuring range.
Why can't the rangefinder measure a distance?
Please note:
- The minimum measuring distance is 5 yards.
- Do not measure through glass, as this may affect the laser signal.
- Make sure the target has enough reflective surface for accurate measurement.
Why can't my rangefinder lock onto the flag?
Please make sure the device is in Golf Scan Mode. Slowly move the rangefinder left and right while aiming at the flag to help the device identify and lock onto the target.
Why is there fog inside the lens?
If you notice moisture or fog inside the lens:
- Keep the rangefinder in a dry and ventilated place for several minutes.
- Avoid using or storing the device in extremely humid environments.
Why are the numbers inside the lens upside down or reversed?
This usually happens when the rangefinder is being held upside down. Please hold the device in the correct direction, with the display facing you, to view the numbers normally.
